Development Staff Comments:
Provide a cover letter detailing the proposed development including description of exterior building materials.
Provide a completed street ROW form.
The building(s) height shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet.
Will the structures contain a deck or patio area? If so, show on the site plan.
If a different site plan was submitted for the building permit, submit that plan for the PD-R rezoning.
