Dear Department of Planning and Development,
My name is Larry Harris Jr. I am the owner of the property located
at 3201 W 12 Street Little Rock AR 72204. 1 am writing to
formally request a zoning change for this property from R-3 (Single
Family) to PD-R (Multi -Family Residential).
This request is being made to allow for the development of a multi-
family housing complex to address housing demand in the area. I
believe this change will enhance the community by providing more
diverse housing options, meet local development goals. and improve
property value.
The Development will be a mull family property that consist of four
separate dwelling units. This property will be owner occupied as I
will be living in one unit while renting the other three units.
1 understand the Importance of maintaining community standards
and would be happy to provide any additional documentation or
meet with the zoning committee to discuss this proposal further.
Please let me know the process for submitting this request officially,
as well as any upcoming meetings or public hearings related to
zoning changes.
