Attached are three (3) copies of the Short Form PCD Site Plan and Preliminary Plat for the above
captioned project. Please place this item on the agenda for the August Planning Commission
meeting.
This project will be part of the Northwest Territory Subdivision. I will forward a draft or copy of,
or the existing Bill of Assurance from the last plated lot.
Please let us know the review fee which will hand deliver under separate cover.
