We have public hearing notices going out this Wednesday on the King’s Crossing Preliminary Plat Application again. Last month it was mailed regular mail. Do I need to send this certified
again or can we continue with regular mail posting, since the only property owner listed on this adjacent search is the owner?
Please advise.
