Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development-1) Will comply, we have added the minimum lot size.
2) We have added the preliminary storm drainage analysis for watercourses entering
and leaving the plat boundaries.
3) We have added storm drainage easements, there will not be any typical ditches
with this project.
4) This project will be constructed in one phase.
5) We have added the stormwater conveyance analysis for the one -hundred -year
event to the preliminary plat.
6) Will comply, the filing fee will be submitted under separate cover.
