RE: Chenal Valley Phase 37 Preliminary Plat
Mr. Thrower,
Attached are three (3) copies of the Preliminary Plat for the above captioned subdivision. Please
place this item on the agenda for the September Planning Commission meeting.
This project will be part of Chenal Valley and the Chenal Valley Property Owners Association. I
will forward a copy of the Bill of Assurance for this phase.
Streets in this subdivision will be private with a gated entry. Sanitary sewer from this project will
flow by gravity into existing LRWRU lines. Since a portion of this project is outside of the Rock
Creek drainage basin, we will seek approval from the LRWRA Commission after the preliminary
plat is approved
Please let us know the review fee which will hand deliver under separate cover.
