Good afternoon Vernon and Laura,
Laura, thank you for sending me the photograph of the proposed fencing material for Kadel Cottage #2, 407 E. 30
Street to supplement the plot plan and review materials. I conducted a site visit this afternoon to get a better sense of
the proposed placement of the fence and the neighboring fence materials. They are a match. I greatly appreciate your
care and concern in your choice of materials to blend with the neighborhood, as well as satisfying the requirements for
Capital Zoning.
I have attached the approval letter for your review, and to present to the City of Little Rock for your building permit
did go into some detail in the letter to assist with the review process at Capital Zoning. I cc'd both Brian Minyard. anC
William Malone, at the City of Little Rock on this email so they would also have copies of the letter. Please let me tnoa
you have any questions or need further assistance from me in this matter.

Hi Brian and William,
Laura sent me a photo (per my request) of the proposed fencing material for Kadel Cottage ft2, and I wanted you both to
have a copy of it too. The design, materials and dimensions (6 feet high) match both neighboring fences to the south and
west. I did a site visit this afternoon to confirm this and took photos of the other fences and the site. I attached two of
them.
