Dear Robert:
The Little Rock Historic District Commission on September 3, 1992 approved your
application for redevelopment of 721 9th Street. The preliminary approval includes site
plan design, general appearance of the structures being similar to the photos submitted and
1) trees to be Iarge deciduous trees - such as willow oaks; 2) evergreen shrubs on the west
side to be a minimum of 30 inches in height; 3) no signage on the west side of the structure
except for an illuminated shell logo; and 4) standard sign be set parallel to 9th Street.
