Subject: Lot 1 The Divide
The developers have provided a copy of a complete cost breakdown including the cost of
extending sewer service to proposed Lot the Divide Addition. Total sewer roughly $229,000
+ a ten percent contingency for a total of $330,000. The developers have agreed the
entire cost of improvements will be placed in escrow prior to the filing of the final
plat.
Please let me know if you are comfortable with the City signing the final plat for
recording.
