Home My WebLink About22660 1 ORDINANCE NO. 22,660 2 3 AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING 4 COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE 5 PERMIT TO ALLOW A MULTISECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME 6 ON THE R-2 ZONED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 8800 BLOCK OF 7 BUNCH ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES (Z-10118-A). 8 9 WHEREAS, the application was filed for a conditional use permit to allow a multi-sectional 10 manufactured home on the R-2 zoned property located in the 8800 Block of Bunch Road; and, 11 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its July 10, 2025, meeting, approved the 12 conditional use permit application with a vote of 8 ayes, 0 noes, and 3 absent;and, 13 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission's action has been appealed to the Board of Directors of the 14 City of Little Rock,Arkansas;and, 15 WHEREAS,the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,Arkansas,has determined that the Little 16 Rock Planning Commission's action in approving said conditional use permit is inappropriate. 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 18 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 19 Section 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission in approving a conditional use permit 20 to allow a multi-sectional manufactured home on the R-2 zoned property located in the 8800 Block of 21 Bunch Road is hereby rescinded, and said conditional use permit is hereby denied. 22 Section 2.This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. 23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 24 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and 26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 27 resolution. 28 Section 4.Repealer.
