Filed n Recorded in Official Records of GAT O'BRIEN PULASKI COUNTY AMENDMENT TO BILL OF ASSURANCE CIRCUIT/COUNTY CLERK Fees $26.66 WHEREAS, Gaylia C. Fortson is the sole owner of the following described property: Lots 78 and 79 of the Hickory Creek Subdivision, Phase VI, City of Little Rock, Arkansas. AND, WHEREAS David and Susan Mathews are the sole owners of the following described property: Lot 77R of the Hickory Creek Subdivision, Phase VI, City of Little Rock, Arkansas. AND, WHEREAS it is desirable that all of the above -described property be replatted. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That we, the said, Gaylia C. Fortson and David and Susan Mathews, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Plat of Lots 77RR and 79R, Hickory Creek Subdivision, Phase VI, Little Rock, Arkansas and the date March _, 2005 and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and ex- officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book A Page, and the grantors do hereby make this amended Bill of Assurance. The purpose of this amendment is to redefine the common line between what will be Lots 77RR and 79R in the Final Plat. The grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown on the said plat. All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
