recorded in Plat Book D, Page 621, Circuit Clerk office, Pulaski County, Arkansas, 45.61 feet to
the southwest corner of said Hickory Creek Subdivision - Phase V; thence along the east

said Circuit Clerk's Office the following courses and distances:
