GENERAL NOTES N
Minimum floor elevations are shown to establish the finished floor elevation above the
published 100-Year Flood Elevation for Taylor Loop Creek as published in .August 1985
on the FIRM maps for the City of Little Rock. The most current flood elevation should
be obtained before commencing construction by contacting the Corps of Engineer's NI
Office of Flood Plain Management.
The final plat of Lots 4, 5, 6, 85, 86 8. 87 Hickory Creek Subdivision was filed on 4-20- \
88, in Plat Book C, Page 423 along with the Bill of Assurance as Document 9 88-19070,
Circuit Clerk's Office, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The purpose of this amended Plat is to revise the casements on Lots 85, 86 and 87 in
conformance With existing drainage and sanitary sewer LmproverTients on these lilts.
Minimum Floor elevations for structures on Lots 85-86 vary in relation to the least
perpendicular distance from the north (rear) lot line proportioned as follows:

Legal Description
A tract of land situated in the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19.
Township 2 North, Range 13 West of the 'Fifth Principal Meridian, City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the SI 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section
19. T-2-N, R-13 thence along the East Line of said S'. 1/4 of the SE
1/4, S02'01'27"E, 261.98 feet to a point on the North right -of way line
of Hinson Road; thence along said North line, N69'16'59"V, 153.71 feet;
thence continuing along said North line along a curve to the right an arc

said West easement line with the following bearings and distances:
