Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Apex Professional Construction – Duplex – Conditional Use Permit

Development Staff Comments:
Will the owner occupy one (1) of the units?
Will the units be for sale or lease/rent?
Provide the dimensions for each duplex unit.
Provide building elevations for the proposed duplex structure.
Revise the site plan removing “Proposed Residence” to depict “Proposed Duplex.”
Will the duplex structure contain a deck or patio area? If so, show on revised site plan.
Will there be accessory structures placed on the property? If so, show on revised site plan.
How will trash be collected?
Will there be a sign? If so, all signs must comply with Section 36-551 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance (signs permitted in residential one – and two-family zones).
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
