Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 5, River Subdivision; thence North 88°19’38” West 302.47 feet;
thence South 01°42’16” West 132.02 feet; thence North 89°32’02” West 657.94 feet; thence North 01°33’22”
East 347.62 feet; thence South 89°28’55” East 657.99 feet; thence South 89°32’00” East 329.65 feet; thence
South 78°46’20” East 1.71 feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of Fluid Drive (60 foot public right of
way); thence along said right of way South 08°53’27” West 223.43 feet to the point of beginning.
