Dear Planning Commission Members:
BDIVISION LETTE
This letter accompanies our application for a Conditional Use Permit to establish
an EquipmentShare Core Solutions equipment rental facility on Fluid Dr. in Little
Rock, Arkansas. The proposed location is currently zoned C3 General
Commercial, and we are seeking permission for tool and equipment rental with
outside display.
EquipmentShare's Core Solutions division offers a comprehensive range of rental
equipment, including aerial work platforms, earthmovers, and material handlers,
designed to support a wide variety of construction and industrial projects. Core
Solutions provides access to assets from trusted brands, ensuring the right
equipment is always available. The division prioritizes productivity and efficiency
through a fleet of newer equipment, minimizing downtime for repairs. Flexible
rental options and convenient pickup or delivery services ensure that customers
can access the equipment they need on their terms.
The proposed site is situated just west of the McDonalds and El Rancho Motel,
north of the Goodyear Commercial Store and Berendsen Fluid Power Store.
Currently used as a hayfield, we intend to transform this location into a modern
equipment rental facility that will serve the needs of local construction and
industrial businesses.
The site is in the River Subdivision and is directly off the highway down Fluid
Drive.
We have thoroughly reviewed the city's requirements for conditional use permits
and are confident our proposal meets or exceeds all applicable standards. Our
