Applicant responses are due no later than Friday, June 17, 2025. Please submit revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should be submitted
to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
Provide operating hours including the time and days of the week.
Provide the maximum number of employees at any given time.
The open space (OS) buffer along the west property line shall remain undisturbed.
Any dumpster placed on the site must be screened and comply with Section 36-523(d) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
All signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance
(signs permitted in commercial zones).
Site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Provide description building materials.
Choose one (1) of the two (2) site plans and submit to staff for review.
Show the following on a revised site plan:
Clearly label all property lines.
Label outside storage display areas
Provide dimensions for all aspects depicted on the site plan.
Show utility easement on the site plan.
