RE: Z-6957-P Mainord – Conditional Use Permit 5100 Talley Road Development Staff Comments: Provide the maximum number of employees at any given time. Provide maximum capacity of animals/pets at any given time. What type of animals/pets will be treated at the facility? Confirm there will be no outside play areas, pens or runs on the property for the proposed use. Provide a complete Street ROW form. All signs must comply with Section 36-553 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Dumpsters must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Additional site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
