Box 22407 Little Rock, AR 72221 Phone (501) 219-0919 Fax: (501) 219-0755 lboen@commercialrealtyllc.com Leonard, Regarding Tim Yelvington’s letter to Monte Moore stating that the building is not in a subdivision and that, therefore, no bill of assurance exists for this property, the statement is not true.  The Property is subject to the attached Declaration of Covenants filed in 2006 and is subject to restrictions on use.  Currently, the property is restricted from use as a “veterinary hospital” under Paragraph 2(e).  The buyer is circulating the attached proposed amendment that would remove the restriction if approved by all of the owners of the covered lots and the City approving the conditional use.  He needs to make sure he clarifies this at the meeting tomorrow.
