To Whom it May Concern:
I write to provide you confirmation that we have determined the property owners within
200 feet of the perimeter of the Property and have sent them notifications of our request
for a Conditional Use Permit. I also write to provide photos showing the sign provided
by the City was posted on the property as directed. The sign was posted on July 13,
2025.

pertaining to the Property;
