AND BEARS A CERTIFICATE OF FINAL APPROVAL EXECUTED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK PLANNING
COMMISSION AND IS ON RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT CLERK AND EX-OFFICIO RECORDER OF
PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, DOCUMENT NUMBER v AND THE GRANTORS DO HEREBY
MAKE THIS BILL OF ASSURANCE.
THE GRANTORS DO HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THEY HAVE PLATTED SAID REAL ESTATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
SAID PLAT, THE LANDS EMBRACED IN SAID PLAT SHALL BE FOREVER KNOWN AS DESIGNED ON SAID PLAT AND
EVERY DEED OF CONVEYANCE FOR SAID PROPERTY SHALL USE THIS DESIGNATION.
THE FILING OF THIS BILL OF ASSURANCE AND PLAT FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT CLERK AND

OF THE STREETS AND EASEMENTS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT.

BUILDI CODE AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
