RE: Z-4001-D Karoun Holdings, LLC – Conditional Use Permit 8124 Flintridge Road Development Staff Comments: Provide hours of operation including hours/days of the week. Provide the maximum number of employees at any given time. How will the facility mitigate the possibility of odors emitted into ambient air? All signs must comply with Section 36-555 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Dumpsters must be screened as per Section 36-523 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. Additional site lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
