Development —1) Filing Fee has been paid.
2) Comment noted, highlighted information incorporated.
3) The variance/waiver form has been updated to include the requested lots.
4) The source of title has been updated on the preliminary plat.
5) The minimum lot size has been updated on the preliminary plat.
6) The variance/waiver form has been updated as requested.
7) The vicinity map has been corrected to 1" = 2000' scale.
8) The preliminary storm drainage analysis has been included on the preliminary
plat, and as a separate report.
9) Storm drainage easements have been shown on the attached, revised
