Development Staff Comments:
Submit filing fee of $1,005.00.
Provide revised preliminary plat document incorporating highlighted information on attached preliminary plat checklist.
Provide revised “variance/waiver request form” noted as follows:
Variance for reduced front and rear building setbacks showing twenty (20) feet for all lots.
Variance for reduced side building setbacks showing five (5) feet for all lots wider than five (5) feet.
Variance to allow reduced lot area for the specific lots (list the lot numbers).
