Please find attached a Subdivision Application above referenced project with 2 copies of the
Preliminary Plat and draft bill of assurance.
This project is located at David 0 Dodd and Kenwood Boulevard and is zoned R-2.
We are requesting variances of the 20' front setbacks and 15' rear setbacks to allow for green space
along the perimeter boundary lines.
