Kenwood Estates – Phase 6 – Preliminary Plat
East End of Kenwood Boulevard
Development Staff Comments:
Provide revised preliminary plat document incorporating highlighted information on attached preliminary plat checklist.
Provide the following information on the preliminary plat document:
Lot width, depth and area for all lots.
Label front building lines and easements.
Show details – secondary access as discussed in previous meeting.
Request a variance for all lots under six thousand (6,000) square feet in area including specific lot numbers.
Will all the lots shown on the revised preliminary plat be final platted at the same time? If not, show phasing plan on plat document.
