To whom it may concern,
The application letter is regarding a submittal made by Nick Tucker, PS #1755, to the City of Little Rock Planning Board in regard to a Proposed Final replat submittal for “Lot 3R and
4R of Block 27, John Barrow Addition” as submitted to Monte Moore.
The Bill of Assurance would be the same as the original BOA filed and will not be affected.
Tucker Land Surveying is requesting that the proposed tract replat survey plat be reviewed by the board at the next planning meeting.
As a part of this submittal, Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are requesting a variances for lot width from 50 feet to 41.08 and 41.09 feet and a variance for lot size from 7000
square feet to 6100 square feet.
