The land owner owns a parcel of land and wished to develop into 2 single
family houses to improve the block. The plan chosen is only around 25 feet
wide, so the houses will not hug the setback lines on the sides. Given the
area and the surroundings, we feel as though these proposed lot
dimensions are within the size to fit the neighborhood.
