relative to the preparation and submittal of a Preliminary Plat having

further provisions of said Rules and Regulations. This Certificate shall

Note:
This amended preliminary plat only changes the sequence of phasing
and requests the deferral of Henson Road Construction to be
consulted with the City Bond Issue Project for Henson Road. Phase
IV is changed to Phase II, and Phase II and Phase III are reversed
to show Phase III.
