Preliminary Plat
Dear Bernadette:
As discussed in the subdivision committee meeting on January 14, 1988, I
hope to summarize and clarify our request. The requested items to be
considered by the planning commission are as follows:
1. Allow development and platting of Lots 1 through 6 and 85
through 87 as the next phase (Phase II) of Hickory Creek
Subdivision with the construction of the remaining 200 feet of
Hinson Road being deferred until Phase III of Hickory Creek is
developed.
2. Request that the requirement of sidewalks be waived. No
sidewalks exist along Hinson Road in this area presently.
3. Request that as an alternate plan Lots 1 through 3 be platted as
a single lot with the cul-de-sac, Hickory Creek Cove East, being
eliminated and included in the revised Lot 1 as shown on the
enclosed final plat. Also, allow the immediate platting of the
revised Lot 1 without any additional improvements being
required.
