City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particullarly described
as follows:
Commencing at a found iron pin for the SW corner of the BE 1/4, NW 1/4, of
said Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 13 West; thence S 87004'41" E. 169.85
feet to a found iron pin; thence N 02'01'32" E, 418.14 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue N 02'01'32" E. 560.0 feet to a found iron pin;
