City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particullarly described
as follows:
Commencing at a found iron pin for the SW corner of the SE 1/4, ITW 114. of
said Section 3, Township 1 North, Range 13 West; tbente S 87.04'41" E. 169.85
feet to a found iron pin; thence N 02.01'32" E, 418.14 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue N 02.01'32" E. 560.0 feet to a found iron pin;
thence S 87"04141" E, 451.33 feet to a found iron pin, said iron pin being
the NW corner of Lot 2, Corporate Hill, Phase I (Instrument No. 83-11741);
thence S 02.55'22" W along the west line of said Lot 2 and the west line of
Lot 3. Corporate Hill, Phase II (Instrument No. 85-23420), 433.08 feet to a
found iron pin for the SW corner of said Lot 3; thence along the southerly
property line of said Lot 3, S 53"39'37" E, 163.27 feet to the Point of Curve
of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 172.50 feet; thence along
the arc of said and said southerly property line, 297.59 feet to a found iron
pin, said iron pin being the SW corner of the right-of-way for Corporate Hill
Drive, a 60 foot right-of-way; said curve having a chord bearing and distance

the southwesterly right-of-way line of said Corporate Hill Drive, 60.00 feat
to a found iron pin, said iron pin being the SE corner of the right-of-way
for said Corporate Hill Drive, said found iron pin lying on a curve, said curve
being concave to the Northwest and having a radius of 232.50 feet; thence along
the arc of said curve 401.10 feet to the point of tangency of said curve, said
curve having a chord bearing and distance of S 76.55'10" W, 353.18 feet; thence
N 53.39'37" W. 333.68 feet to the Point of Curve of a curve to the left, said
curve having a radius of 20.0 feet, thence along the arc of said curve 15.50
feet, (said curve having a chord bearing and distance of N 75'52"05" W, 15.12
feet), to the Point of Compound Curve of a curve to the right, said curve
having a radius of 50.0 feet; thence .along the arc of said curve 38.76 feet,
said curve having a chord bearing and distance of N 75.52'05" W, 37.80 feet;
thence leaving said curve S 52'53'35" W, 281.27 feet to the Point of Beginning,
