1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
Screening requirements will need to be met for the parking areas adjacent to Shackleford Road
right-of-way. Provide screening shrubs with an average linear spacing of not less at three (3) feet
within the required landscape area. Sec 15-95. There is approximately one hundred and fifty-five
(155) linear feet of vehicular use area facing the street right-of-way. A minimum of fifty (52)
shrubs will be required for this area.
4. Return three (3) copies of the revised landscape sheet LP1.0 to the Plans Development
Administrator before releasing for permit.
The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
