1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements, the
requirements of the City Beautiful Commission variance case #656.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Landscape plan is acceptable. However, plans that were submitted are indicated as "Not For
Construction". Construction drawings must be received before the issuance of a building permit.
Three (3) copies of the construction document sheet 1-1.0 shall be returned to the Plans
Development Administrator before the permit can be released.
4. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-
100). Mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter will be required.
5. All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and
streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the
property and screened from the public right-of-way. Screen shall exceed the height of the
dumpster or trash containment areas by at least two (2) feet not to exceed eight (8) feet total
height.
As per Sec. 36-298. - General district restrictions. No excessive or unusual noise, shall be
emitted so that it constitutes a nuisance which substantially exceeds the general level of noise
emitted by uses adjacent to or immediately surrounding the site. A sound deflection board at
least six (6) feet in height and twenty (20) feet in length along the opposite lane of the menu
order board will be required.
Confirm deflection wall will be constructed. If a deflection board is not desired a variance from
the Board of Adjustment may be required. Contact Zoning and Enforcement Administrator, Mr.

The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
