That Corco Construction, LLC as Principal and
Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland as Surety are held and firmly bound unto the
City of Little Rock as obligee in the amount of
Eight Thousand Five Hundred and No/100THS ($ 8,500.00 ) for
the payment whereof Principal and Surety bind themselves, their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigned, jointly and severally, firm by these presents. Now
therefore, the condition of this obligation is such that if the principal, will within one year
complete the Landscaping as per city ordinance.
These improvements to be made at 15112 Pride valley Road, Little Rock, AR
then such obligation shall be null and void, otherwise, it shall remain In full force and effect.
No right of action shall accrue on this bond to or for the use of any person or corporation other
than the obligee named herein or the heirs, executors, administrators, or successors of obligee.
Liability under this bond shall terminate as of the 15th day of May 2018
As to any acts subsequent thereto, unless said bond is continued in force from year to year by
the issuance of a continuation certificate signed by the Surety.

1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements and
the requirements of the PCD approved by the Planning Commission (file number, Z-8752).
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. Landscape plan is acceptable, OK to release building permit.
4. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-
100). Mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter will be required.
All ground or roof mounted mechanical systems shall be screened from abutting properties and
streets. Any trash receptacles or pickup shall be oriented away from a primary street side of the
property and screened from the public right-of-way. Screen shall exceed the height of the
dumpster or trash containment areas by at least two (2) feet not to exceed eight (8) feet total
height.
6. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
