1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
I Site plan review (5-641-M) has been deferred to the February 25th 2016 Planning Commission
Meeting. No permits or approvals can be issued until the plan review process is complete. A
complete review will be made pending the Planning Commission's decision and the resubmittal
of any revised plans.
4. The perimeter planting strip between vehicular use area and the street right-of-way is less than
the required nine (9) feet minimum. A variance from the City Beautiful Commission may be
required.
5. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.
