The below comments need to be addressed before releasing for permit.
1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape and buffer ordinance requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately. Signage must comply with provisions of approved
conditional uses permit.
3. As per CUP, File NO. Z-4101-B, a nine (9) foot landscape buffer is required on the east perimeter where the
site is adjacent to residential. As a component of the buffer screening, either a six (6) foot wall or fence with
the finished side facing out or dense evergreen plantings is required.
4. Additional landscape plantings will be required between the building and the parking area at the northeast
parking area. One (1) tree and four (4) shrubs shall be planted in the building landscape areas for each forty
(40) linear feet of vehicular use area abutting the building.
5. One (1) additional tree will be required to satisfy the interior requirements of northeast parking area.
6. Note all sod, seed, or groundcover areas on plan.
7. All landscape areas shall be protected as per City of Little Rock Landscape Ordinance (Sec. 15-100). Provide
note on plan specifying type and location of mulch, edging, wheel stops, and/or concrete curb and gutter.
8. If an irrigation system is being proposed provide note on the landscape plan stating an automatic irrigation
system shall be provided for all new and existing landscape areas and provide 100% full coverage.
For developments of less than one (1) acre a there shall be a water source within seventy-five (75) feet of
the plants to be irrigated. Note all water sources on plan if an automatic irrigation system is not provided.
Return three (3) stamped and signed copies of the revised landscape plan.
10. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit
toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch
caliper or larger.
