Thank you for the opportunity to work with you at Carrington Park. Moore Painting & Remodeling LLC proposes to furnish all labor,
material, and services necessary to complete the scope of work listed below:
Construct/install island/grill area as follows;
1. Obtain all permits as required
2. Remove shrubbery adjacent to office
3. Form and pour approximately 150 square feet concrete pad adjacent to existing pool pad
4. Form and pour concrete steps to existing porch
S. Remove screen and retro-fit existing PVC rail system on porch to allow for opening at new steps
6. Construct 3-sided island with elevated bar using 9*Wx16" concrete block
7. Install electric service with (2) GFI protected receptacles in island
S. Install stacked stone veneer as wall finish on island (can be finished with other application at owner's request)
9. Form and pour (In place) concrete countertops and bar top. Stain and finish TBd by owner rep (other counter applications can be utilized
at owner's request)
10. Install "Bull" grill components to Include 38" grill, 16"x20" ice chest; propane drawer double door kitchen; double door storage bin;
double side burner stove top (see attached spec sheets for details)
11. Install PVC pergola over Install Island area (approximately 17'x14')
12. Install electric service to pergola with overhead exterior spotlight track system
23. Prep entire concrete pool deck and install acrylic polymer concrete textured coating over entire surface
Cost: $16,400.00
