1. Site plan must comply with the City's minimal landscape / buffer ordinance requirements.
2. Signage is to be reviewed and permitted separately.
3. The proposed sewer extension encroaches into property which is zoned (OS), Open Space. This
zoning cannot be disturbed without first obtaining approval from the Little Rock Planning
Commission. Contact Zoning and Subdivision Manager Dana Carney (501) 371-6817 or
dcarney@littlerock.gov for additional information.
4. For purposes of erecting fences that are to serve as visual screening, plastic or metal slats woven
into a chain -link fence are prohibited. Provide an alternative opaque screening fence.
5. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this
site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving
trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger.

In this specific case, we will not require the sound board, as the drive-thru speakers are adjacent to the interstate. If you
need anything additional, please let me know.

Monty,
Per our phone conversation, please consider this a request to not require McDonald's to install a sound deflection board
for the replacement of the existing drive thru equipment. We are not adding any speakers, only replacing the existing
ones with new equipment. Also, the speakers are on the side of the property facing the interstate which sits on a
retaining wall considerably higher than our site.
