For purposes of erecting fences that are to serve as visual screening, plastic or metal slats woven into a chain -link fence are prohibited. Provide an alternative opaque screening fence. 5. The City Beautiful Commission recommends preserving as many existing trees as feasible on this site. Credit toward fulfilling Landscape Ordinance requirements can be given when preserving trees of six (6) inch caliper or larger. We are not adding any speakers, only replacing the existing ones with new equipment. Also, the speakers are on the side of the property facing the interstate which sits on a retaining wall considerably higher than our site. Thank you, Chad D.
