OF NEW STREET: 0 PROPOSED USES: Residential STAFF REPORT: This site is located in a residential area of single family homes. It is currently vacant with an abundance of tree cover and underbrush. Access to the property is provided by Walker and 24th, which are residential streets abutting the site on the west and the south sides. Twenty-third Street to the north, is partially constructed, but not currently in use. The applicant is requesting that he be allowed to replat an approved preliminary that consists of eight lots into ten lots for residential use. Since the lots are all in conformance with the requirements, the Planning Staff has no objections. Engineering will present comments at the meeting. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval as filed. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
