described as: Starting at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence N 89'44' W along
the North line of said Lot 1, 142.6 ft. to the point of beginning; thence S O'27' W,
391.91 ft.; thence N 89047'36" W, 350.76 ft. to a point on the West line of said Lot 1
(said line also being the East right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad);
thence N 27'39' E along said West line 441.84 ft. to the Northwest corner, thereof;
thence S 89044' E along the North line of said Lot 1 148.6 ft. to the point of begin-
ning, containing 97,992 sq. ft. or 2.2479 acres more or less.
