It is requested that a Certificate of Preliminary Plat Approval
be issued for Lot 1 Geneva Addition Replat, located in Section
25, T-1-N R-12-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and con-
sisting of 1 lot, 0 feet of proposed new streets, and 5 acres.
Exceptions listed below:
Small variance in front set back line to accomodate a
sign. This would allow the sign to be constructed with-
in 25 ft. of the right-of-way for W. 65th Street.

Re: Lot 1, Geneva Addition - Building Line Waiver
Dear Joe:
At its December 15, 1981 meeting, the Planning Commission
made the following recommendation on the above referenced
subdivision matter:
Mr. Joe White, the applicant, submitted a revised plan in
which the encroachment was reduced to 51; thereby changing
the request from a 25' setback to a 45' setback. Since this
was only a minor encroachment, the staff expressed support
for the plan.
The Planning Commission made a motion to approve the
request. The motion passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and
1 absent.

Gentlemen;
This is a revised request that a Certificate of Preliminary Plat

The original request was for a 25 ft. set back. This has been re-
vised to 45 ft.

This is to inform you of the Planning Commission's
recommendation made on the above referenced subdivision
matter at its meeting on June 15, 1982. The applicant was
present. There were no objectors present. After some
discussion, the Planning Commission made a motion to approve
this request, subject to submission of a one -lot final
replat. The motion passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and
1 absent.
