Smith and Associates! 401 Victory Street Little Rock, AR 72201 i Re: Lot 1, Geneva Addition - Building Line Waiver Dear Joe: At its December 15, 1981 meeting, the Planning Commission made the following recommendation on the above referenced subdivision matter: Mr. Joe White, the applicant, submitted a revised plan in which the encroachment was reduced to 51; thereby changing the request from a 25' setback to a 45' setback. Since this was only a minor encroachment, the staff expressed support for the plan. The Planning Commission made a motion to approve the request. The motion passed by a vote of 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent. Should you have questions concerning your request, please do not hesitate to call us.
