LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A replat of part of Tract 'A' Charles Valley Subdivision,
Little Rock Arkansas, located in the SW1/4 NE1/4, Section33,
T-2-N,R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more parti-
cularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
south line of the SW1/4 NE1/4 said Section 33, 578.8 ft.,
N89'53'16"W of the southeast corner thereof, said point also
being the southwest corner of Lot 4, Lexington Park; thence
N89'53'16"W along the south line of said SW1/4 NE1/4, 377.0
ft. to a point; thence NO'01'14"E, 451.4 ft. to a point
on the south right-of-way line of Huron Lane; thence
S89'58'46"E along said south right-of-way line, 377.0 ft,
to the northwest corner of Lot 2, said Lexington Park;
thence SO'01'14"W along the west line of said Lot 2 and the
west lines of Lots 3 and 4 said Lexington Park, 452.0 ft.
to the point of beginning, containing, 3.91 acres more or less.
