This lener is in retemnce to the property my company owns at 514 E. 9" Street, little
Rock, .AR, 72202, ak.a., The Holrtuan House. Wren we purchased the pmpeny from
Robert Kennedy in 2003, there was much work m be done in updating and "sprucng" up
the place. There were also safety issues Area®t that we knew were going to need to be
admasuca eventually. Ote such safety concern was the crumbling building on the Korth
West corner of the io[. Upon one urinal inspection it appeared we mad time to make
decisions about tlw future of thm ont badlding.
During the recent amens puma is LiMe Rook a significant portion ofone wall ten ovcr
moo the back yard. This event made it diem, to us that for the safety of our teeants we
would have to do something sooner rather than later. This past wcekeni I was able to
find workers who for a reasonable price were willing to wdk!e the job of taking door. the
3.5 walh still standing while ai the same nme cleaning, saving and stacking me bricks for
me. I seized on tlds opporamay. They finished the job on Sanaday Match 22, 200S.
1 have looked ovcr my mival Sc cv of the property as well as maps of the MacArthur
Park men. The building in question is not noted on my survey a on any ofthe maps of
MecArthtu Park that 1 havo lean able to fad. Included with this letter is a copy the
survey I had done when I purchased the property. I have drewn in the build rg and its
approximate ioeaton for your review,
