Roof. Remove asphalt shingles and replace with similar color asphalt shingles; replace rotted decking as needed. ` I Fascia and Sc4frt: Remove all rotted fascia and soffit and replace with similar material so as to not change the original appearance of structure. 3. Siding: Remove all rotted siding from existing additions at the northeast and northwest existing additions to the house. Replace with same type wood siding and paint. 4. Windows: Restore all existing windows replacing missing or broken panes of glass as needed and replacing any rotted wood. 5. 1 oundadon. Replace rotted floor joists and sill at northeast comer, set pier to level foundation at southwest comer of building; tuck -point foundation as needed. o. Frsttt Porch: Replace all rotted decking with similar -type wood decking; replace and/or repair railing and spindles. Replac: all rotted trim and decorative "denttil" trim along front of structure to restore to original appearance. Stairs at rear of btiil U: Install railing similar to existing wood along steps to bring the steps within city code for stairs !no more than 5" gap between rails.) S. lumbin : Install all new water supply lines to building. 9. ;vatural Gas Linen Properly sleeve and ground all gas lines underneath structure. 10. Southeast Chimney- Remove southeast chimney. It is badly deteriorated and is blocking the attic window on that side of the structure. All three carpentry estimates stated it was unsafe in present condition and not reparable. 11.
