Roosevelt Road, west of the right-of-way of Factoria Avenue & Jones Street, and north of the
centerline of Old Fourche Creek; more particularly described as:
Commencing at a point on the west line of the NW'a, NE';, Sec. 18, T-I-N, R-11-W, said point
being on the south R/W line of East Roosevelt Road; thence S 87'43' E along said R/W line
1313.53 feet to a point on the west R/W line of Factoria Avenue; thence S 2'13' W along said
R/W line 204.97 feet to a point on the west R/W line of Jones Street; thence S 58*30' W
along said R/W 11.66 feet; thence continuing S 43'26' W 475.0 feet to a point on the center-
line of Old Fourche Creek; thence meandering in a southwesterly direction along said center-
line to a point on the centerline of Texas Eastern Pipeline R/W, said point being S 80 47' W
and 342.18 feet from the last described point; thence N 49057' W 25.0 feet to a point on the
west R/W line of said Texas Eastern Pipeline; thence meandering in a northwesterly direction
