Professional Engineer, and Walter Spaul, Registered Land Surveyor, and bearing a Certificate of
Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and showing the bounds and dimensions of
the property now being platted, and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book , Page , the Grantor does hereby make this

There are strips of ground shown and dimensioned on said plat marked "Entergy Easement" and
"50' Railroad Easement", reserved for the use of public utilities and the Little Rock Port Authority
Railroad, subject at all times to the proper authorities and to delivery and dedication hereby of the
easements shown on the said plat.
The land embraced in said Plat shall be forever known as "Tract E. Area 300 and Industrial
Harbor Drive Little Rock Port industrial Park of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas", and any and every
deed of conveyance describing the property by the letters and numbers shown on said Plat shall always
be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
Rebars 1/z-inch in diameter have been set or found as monuments to mark all corners of the
property being platted. In the event of minor discrepancies between the dimensions or distances as
disclosed by the established pins, the pins as set shall control.
Said property herein platted and any interest therein, shall be held,
owned and conveyed subject to and in conformity with the covenants and restrictions contained in that
certain Amendment of Bill of Assurance filed for record by Grantor on the 13th day of December, 1996,
in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and appearing
of record as instrument 96 85228, as amended.
The considerations set forth are hereby approved by the City of Little Rock Planning
Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or statements are entered without review or
action by the Planning Commission and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning
Commission's requirements for plat approval.

Entergy does not object to the plat of this property as Entergy has no other facilities in the area other than the existing
line serving the new building on the property.

I sent you a requirements letter in response to this request last year that was not returned. I met with the Site Manager
and learned that provisions were not made to extend the 4" conduit to the public right of way. I will have AT&T facilities
