AND, WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable that the above property be now subdivided as shown on the attached replat of a portion of Area 102 and that said property be held, owned and conveyed as replatted; NOW THEREFORE, Grantor, City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue to it, which benefits it acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made the Plat hereto attached showing survey made September 9, 2008 signed by Walter H Spaul, Registered Professional Engineer, and Lanny Beavers, Registered Land Surveyor, and bearing a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and showing the bounds and dimensions of the property now being platted, and by the signature of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book , Page the Grantor does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
