The location for the fuel island isn’t shown anymore. (where is it at now) Dumpster enclosure if measured 7ft or taller from the bottom of the footing to the top will require engineered plans, profiles, and calculations when submitted for a fence permit. If below 7ft then a permit is only required. Having the floodplain on your property will result in you all applying for a grading permit and a Special Flood Hazard Permit from Public Works.
