Sure, no problem. Staff will defer the item to the August 14, 2025, meeting. Please note per Planning Commission (PC ) By-Laws, applicants are afforded two (2) deferrals not to exceed
three (3) months per deferral. This represents the initial deferral of this application.

I have my responses complete but am waiting for our architects to get site plan revised with all of the requirements. I know they are pretty busy so if we do not get it back tomorrow,
we can also push our public hearing date to the next hearing in August. We definitely do not want to rush this and miss anything.
Once I get everything back, I will compile in to one email and send back to you.
